How much time should I designate each week to do this course?
The more you put into it the more you’ll get out of it! That being said, each week’s video will take around 20-40 minutes to watch, and each week’s homework will take an average of 30 focused minutes to complete (some homework is designed to be spread out throughout the week and will require a few minutes each day). There are bonus workbooks, articles and videos if you have the time and want to take the material deeper.
Will I have immediate access to all of the course material?
You will gain access to Module 1 as soon as you enroll. After that, you’ll get access to the next module on a weekly basis. This is to encourage participants to really take their time with each module and implement the homework throughout the week, rather than rushing through the course.
How many weeks will the course take me?
There are 12 modules in the course. It is designed to be a three month program. However, there are some modules that you may want to take two weeks in order to really integrate.
